Sports Pavilion Extension & Refurbishment

We delivered a full extension and refurbishment of a sports pavilion, enhancing both the capacity and functionality of the existing facility.

The project combined demolition, structural alterations, and new-build construction to create additional space and modernise internal areas. Works included new foundations and substructure, construction of the superstructure with cavity walls and a pitched roof, and installation of glazing, doors, and rooflights.

Internally, the pavilion was fully upgraded with new finishes throughout, alongside enhanced fire protection measures to meet current standards. Mechanical and electrical systems were delivered as part of a contractor-designed package, ensuring seamless integration with the building.

Careful coordination with the design team and specialist subcontractors enabled efficient delivery, resulting in a high-quality, compliant facility that meets the needs of modern users.
